You know, I really tried to get into the series cause of the whole Squad mechanic (AKA the inventory and the division of the squad). And a friend of mine got this when we though Men of war: Assault Squad was a cool game with the direct actions and stuff. Bare in mind, yes I am a Fan of Company of Heroes, I love the games, even the 2nd. But I can't endorse this game because of alot of broken promise. Already this game broke my warning signs:
Warning #1: the game looks exacly like the first game with a deeper post process
Warning #2: the game dropped into Early Access without any announcement even after the 1 month delay it had from feburary to march
Warning #3: the missions are recycled, as in the US and the Russians first missions.
After that, I simply was done with the game. I will still play the game because of mods but I really really can't recommend this game. Go buy the first one.

UPDATE!:
So the game is now considered v1 with some updates and patches coming, My option still stands the same...... HOWEVER, There is only one thing I will say that this game have good and that's the mods, Espcially the SirHinkels Missions which have a far better level design than the ones that comes with the game.
