TL;DR = Buy it if you like a tactical fps game that is new!

This is could be the best game you've ever played, it combines a knowledge of fps games such as Battlefield gun handeling mixed with CS:GO stratergy and teamwork and Insurgency's ruthlessness of 2-3 shot kills. This game is not in its best shape right now but with further development and care from Ubisoft we can have a really good tactical fps game in our hands. If you asked me "should i buy this game right now?" i would say yes IF you are a teamplayer who is able to accept that this game is not the best it can be and trust that Ubisoft can update the game frequently. And of course not a fragmovie 360 no-scope player who is kill hungry, there are better games for that (Call of Duty, Battlefield).
