I'm going to rewrite my review.

Almost 3k hours and I have to say, between all the bumps that come from some updates and just the nature of game development, HUNT is one of the best fps games you'll find. I've gone as far as to buy the game along with dlc multiple times just to give to friends just to have them feel the itch I have to play this.

Sound design is top tier, community is great, and the gameplay loop is just right.

There is of course a couple choices that as a vet player I was heavily against but I understand they are trying to appeal to newcomers. I just hope don't lose sight of what HUNT is.

If you needed a reason to pick up the game now is the time. Tomorrow, August 15th the biggest update the game has ever had will drop giving all of us a fully upgraded HUNT: Showdown. I'm beyond excited.
