I really like the efficiency and reliability of FEDEX. It's definitely a whole lot more faster than other carriers especially including snail mail. What I wish I would've known sooner is that fact that FEDEX shipments are more based off of what you have listed in your FEDEX online account at FedEx®'s Delivery Manager versus the address you would want item to be shipped TO. This has happened to me several times in the past. Other than that, I say FEDEX needs very few improvements compared to the post office.
