This game has impacted me on a deep 4th dimensional level. It has a very deep representation of the battle between feminism and the lost masculinity of men in our society. The playable character, a blond, well endowed, and tanned skinned woman represents the ideal vision of a woman in American culture. Because this woman is the one you are in control of, she can be used as an analogy that feminist women are the ones in control.

The other characters you will encounter in the game are white men wearing business attire that can only walk back and forth in a linear path. At first, I thought these men were just obstacles in my way preventing me from achieving my goals. I soon realised, however, that they were more than that. They were in my way because they opposed feminism. Their movement patterns were used as a way to convey their resistance towards the feminist movement. The biggest hint to this is what happens when they touch your character. Your character doesn't just figuratively die, no, rather the men are reclaiming their masculinity and finally regaining their prescience in this feminist dominant world.

All of these hidden meanings to the actions performed in this game amazed me. Never before have I seen a game in this industry that tries to philosophically teach these meanings to me in such a masterful way that it is incorporated into the actual gameplay without being distracting. If you are on the fence about this game, I cannot recommend it enough. It made me feel things that no other game on the market has done before. It taught me that videogames are more than just entertainment, but that they can also be forms of art. I thank the developers of Hentai 3018 for opening my eyes and giving me one of the deepest experiences I have ever had in my 15+ years of gaming.

A game that I enjoy playing very much and I can still have fun with to this day, but Valve has done a pretty bad job maintaining it besides doing the bare minimum bug fixes and seasonal updates. Ever since Valve has tried to turn this game into a more competitive experience with their crappy matchmaking system and failed, they've given up on giving this game any kind of noteworthy updates. No new weapons, no balance changes, and no kind of Valve made content. Oh sure, we technically do receive content updates that are made by the community, but we only get those for Summer, Halloween, and Christmas each year and it's pretty clear by some of the stuff that has gotten in that there's no quality assurance being done by Valve to make sure what we're getting is good and fits with the game.

Even if you were to make something good and put it on the workshop to be added to the game, you stand almost no chance of being chosen. Valve (or should I say the one guy who picks the items every content update) tends to pick items that were made by a trusted group of content creators that are part of a community known as "TF2 Emporium". This sounds all well and good, but these people are not very nice. I won't go into the specifics but basically these people have bullied and harassed other content creators in the past for various petty reasons and are also responsible for making all these low effort and low quality items that don't fit the art style of the game at all since they know Valve will still pick them anyways.

So if Valve is not releasing anything besides community made cosmetics and maps and only relying on picking mediocre items from the same people each update, what are they even doing? Oh yippee, Valve finally managed to stop the bot crisis last year... After they had terrorized servers for years. I'm so glad that the multi-billion dollar company took prompt action against the people basically holding casual mode hostage from the comforts of their home. Seriously, can you imagine if you heard this about any other popular game franchise? They would be torn to shreds and ridiculed, but because it's the beloved, wacky, and hooked on life support game of Team Fortress 2, it's alrightttt.

On the topic of Casual, why is it still so ass after all these years? Was it really necessary to remove all kinds of quality of life features just so people can level up every game and get a nice shiny badge on the scoreboard? So many basic features like being able to pick what team you want to play or even choose to switch teams are gone. There's no way to vote to scramble teams and you can only vote on the three maps you are shown at the end of a game instead of whatever you want. Hell, you can't even choose to join your friends if they're already in a casual server. You have to queue up together in order to be able to play together.

It's also a pain in the ass if you want to play some maps or game modes that aren't popular. With how many damn maps are in the game at this point, you will be lucky to get a game in a reasonable amount of time if you only pick stuff the majority isn't playing. I hope that some of your favorite maps include stuff like 2Fort, Upwards, and Hightower among other things or it's going to be a pretty lonely experience. I sure wish there was a way for me to just jump into a server and start playing without having to wait for a queue...

The fact that the agreed upon solution to avoid the issues is to just play on a community server means that Valve has failed to provide a proper experience for their players and should be improved upon.

I could go on about stuff like the sheer bloat of cosmetics and unusual effects and the questionable balance of certain weapons, but I just don't see the point. Valve does not give a ♥♥♥♥ about this game anymore. The only reason they even bother to give us stuff nowadays is so that gullible people can spend money on the shop to get an epic new taunt or gamble on getting some mid-tier hat with a shiny new particle effect on it. I hope that someday there will be a few new passionate people at Valve willing to work on the game and give it the love it deserves, but for now we are stuck with what we have until the foreseeable future.
