I struggled a bit going through this game but I'd say it's like a furry darksouls minus the chaos of randos joining to kill you... Unless you want that.

That one co-op game where the host floats away from a arty strike like being picked up by a physgun lol

Base game is fun, but then comes the amount of addons to mess with and create your own world/universe with. Best played with friends imo.

Had to update my review since the description was not very relevant to the current state of the game.

It's a wonderful game with learning curves and team work, don't be afraid to die in this game because you ARE helldiving into a war zone with dangerous tools(weapons) to help clear out the planet one section at a time. You'll be working together as helldivers to liberate planets and push the bugs and robots back!

Who knows what other threats may emerge. They are adding new weapons (Or as I like to call em, tools) and armors to suite your play style of the game! They like to keep things balanced so people can use their favorite load outs and the player base is generally nice to just randomly que with.

If you wanna play solo on steam just set to friends only and go in invisible mode.

With crossplay PC and Console work together to bring liberty and justice!

I've seen the good and bad of this game and refused to drop it.

Sometimes it lets you in sometimes it doesn't so you have to spam to get in at times. Nostalgia.

Horrifically interesting. The game itself is alien, your not suppose to fully understand this game. At least that's imo.
