Not recommended if you're interested in proper MP.

Server browser is littered with koth, zombie, battle royale and RP life, hence it leaves no space for the players who want to play what they paid for.

This is not because of the developers, it's directly towards the community.

You're better off playing solo with the editor or missions with bots and friends.
