An amazing game that is being entirely ruined by trolls and people with nothing else better to than ruin things for people
Valve has done nothing to stop this and sets a horrible precedent for their future games. Counter strike 2 is already beginning to suffer the same fate and their new un-announced game will likely suffer the same fate if valve continues to simply ignore the issue

As much as its a tf2 issue right now, It could easily become an issue for many other games if valve doesn't do anything to prove they're willing to fight it
