As a long-term player of War Thunder with countless hours under my belt, I'm compelled to share my overwhelmingly negative experience with the game's recent economy changes. As a free player, the once-enjoyable experience has transformed into an uphill battle that is simply impossible to find any joy in.

War Thunder's gameplay initially drew me in with its promise of thrilling vehicular combat across various eras. However, the developers' relentless focus on monetisation has gradually eroded the balance between paying and non-paying players. Recent updates have exacerbated this issue, leaving free players feeling marginalised and cheated.

The game's economy changes have effectively locked away any chance of meaningful progression for those unwilling or unable to spend real money. The grind has become unbearably tedious and time-consuming, as earning in-game currency has been intentionally made difficult. Unlocking new vehicles and advancing through the ranks has become an arduous task, sucking out any semblance of enjoyment.

The introduction of top-tier premium vehicles has only further skewed the playing field, granting an unfair advantage to those who are willing to pay. Free players are left feeling like mere cannon fodder, constantly outmatched by their premium-equipped counterparts. The developers' blatant disregard for maintaining a fair and balanced gameplay experience is disheartening, to say the least.

War Thunder's community, once a source of support and camaraderie, has also been affected by these changes. The frustration among players is palpable, with many expressing their dissatisfaction and disillusionment with the direction the game has taken. The sense of unity that once thrived within the community has now given way to resentment and disappointment.

In conclusion, War Thunder's economy changes have transformed what was once a promising game into an overwhelming source of frustration and disillusionment for free players. The blatant favoritism towards paying players and the excessive grind required for any form of progression have rendered the game virtually unplayable for those unwilling to open their wallets. As a long-term player, it is disheartening to witness the game's decline and the alienation of its dedicated non-paying community.

Amazing Game!, as with most simulators dont rely on default scenery or planes as the addons available really make the game visualy stunning and very immersive. 10/10 (very diffrent from Fsx or P3d please take this in mind when purchasing Xplane 10)
