Absolutely my favorite game to play after a day's work.

I love the game, the gameplay is extremely fun and entertaining - only when it works though. For whatever reason, 343 has decided to connect everyone to servers outside of their own countries, resulting in matches where at least one player is stuck in ping hell. There are some workarounds for those who want to take the time to do it, but for someone like me I just don't want to take the time to bother fixing an issue a competent developer should have fixed in the first place.

That's my main gripe about the game for now (12/23/21) and I'm wishing that it will get fixed sooner rather than later, otherwise I don't see many people including myself sticking around to play the game when there's many other working games out there to enjoy.

For the longest time I held off on playing this game since I already had a slough of other choices (Warframe, Division, etc.) and never looked at it as something entertaining. It wasn't till my homie introduced me to it that I realized it's a slapper in terms of gameplay I've been looking for and soundtrack.

Sure there's a lot of "Bungo does bad thing because bungo need money." but honestly, it's rare to find games that still support and keep a steady track like they do, even fighting to peel away from Activision.

Anywho - I like the memes and the gameplay. and for Casualfags like myself, I give this a thumbs up.

Despite the server issues (Currently at release) and the modern gaming issue that is micro-transactions Gears 5 Holds up as a member of its franchise.

I absolutely adored 1 through Judgement when I played on my 360 and I was overjoyed to find out it was going to have a PC release (Along with Halo: Reach's Emile & Kat!) I would consider myself easy to please for the most part, though, and a generally casual player, so don't base your purchase off of my review if you're into all the itty bitty details and specs of games. Otherwise, if you're a fan of the Gears series, or just like having a fun time I fully recommend this game!

This game has in depth customization, gameplay mechanics, a high skill ceiling, and more!

Despite all that, I'm still trash at the game but the mayhem is absolutely exhilarating and I'm addicted to the game no matter how much I die.

I am absolute trash compared to most others in fighting games, and usually ♥♥♥♥♥ out half the time, but Tekken manages to bring me back again and again no matter how many times I get my ass whooped.

I'm sure this can be tagged as a timless classic. I absolutely love this game, 1000+ hours on the xbox and about 230 hours here, I can never get enough of it after every playthrough.
