Hey, first of all I would like to say that I have been in the CS scene from the very beginning and I really know what I'm talking about when I say that CS:GO is by far the best version of CS that have been ever come. Ok, v1.3 was great and I would say the same for v1.5. When 1.6 came along I have been playing for so long... that I can't remember. But I really invested many, many hours.
Ok, every CS version was good on their respective time but... but, when I say that CS:GO is by far the best version of CS I mean with all the years that have passed by us, this is the more realistic, and I'm not talking about the design itself, no... I'm talking about the whole engine and how you interact with friends, foes or environment. I know that they still have to make lots of changes, it's normal... but now they make all those changes because of US! Not the States, but us - the community. And that's a really good thing. It really is. I strongly recommend this game and I hope competitive video games will be seen as a sport, respective gamers as athletes.
