I spent 6 REAL LIFE hours trying to get a coal powerplant operational on realistic mode. Games cool and really in depth but the game time goes by so painfully slow. Its not that i'm impatient, but theres literally nothing else for me todo in the meanwhile. There should be another speed up option.

That being said, I would recommend to a fellow comrade
