Very disappointed

A bit short compared to other Borderland games, but still very much enjoyable. Gameplay is super fun, just like it was in Borderlands 3. Story is there and it's okay-ish, not as cringe like BL3 was, overall nothing special to write books about. Endgame is good too, but there isn't much to do after you've beat the main game besides getting the best gear etc.

As far as I know, DLC's are 15 minutes long, offering little content and no story content whatsoever. What really sucks is that some of the achievements on steam are tied to DLC's, so if you are a true perfectionist like me and want to get that juicy 100% you will need to spend quite a bit of money for pretty much not worth DLC's to get this sweet 100%.

Overall a very fun and enjoyable game, especially if you have someone to play it with in Co-Op.

Deep inside it's a very addicting and fun game to play. On the outside, however, an unfinished game that was stripped down from some of it's content before release. Crafting works more like a casino, and has missing features that were supposed to be added long ago. There are still not many maps to play on, not much variety here. Acquring gear is horrendous, merchant shop resets every 45 minutes-ish I believe(?) and you just have to pray to the god Emperor it will roll some good gear because that's the only reliable way of getting anything decent. Endgame content is not existent, after you hit max level, there is nothing to do aside from completing achievements and ingame penances. If this is your first 40K game and want to know some of the lore or get to know the story a little, don't count on it here. This game doesn't have a story. As far as I know there was supposed to be one, but again, it was stripped down to a few bare bones cutscenes or just wasn't finished in time, which is just sad. But you know what this game has...? A fully functional cosmetic premium shop! Yes, you heard that right! You can give devs, who mind you didn't even bother to communicate with the playerbase for the whole month or so, more money! I mean... it's just great! Isn't it? At least something was working as intended on release!

Don't buy this game in the state, it is now. Don't give devs money for the half baked product that shouldn't even be released yet. So, why did I spend almost 300 hours playing this mess? Because it's addicting and fun at it's core, especially when you have someone to play it with. But everything else falls short, and it pisses me off. It could've been a very good game on release, but maybe it will get there over the coming years.

If you're planning to buy this game, I have to warn you.

Hearts of Iron IV will make you either a left/right wing extremist or the biggest femboy imaginable. There is no in between.

A friend of mine recommended this mod to me a few days ago and honestly good that he did, because otherwise I would have missed out on this little masterpiece. This mod right here is just amazing! I rarely play any fan-made stuff, quality may often differ from anything "Valve" made, but this mod is definitely an exception. Overall, a surprisingly well made and polished mod. If you're a Half Life fan this is a must play.

It's a great game, but it's not perfect. One of the main issues I had was the open world structure of the game; it just doesn't stick well with the souls formula at all. But aside from that, with a few bugs here and there and with occasional stutters when traveling or during boss fights, it's still a great game and i love it.
Go play it.
Seriously.

Also, some people were calling Elden ring a 10/10 experience, and imo it's not. A 10/10 score means a game revolutionized something, and all aspects of said game are refined to perfection. But there's nothing really special about Elden ring that wasn't already done before in the industry. Besides, perfect or 10/10 games don't exist.
