Suikoden 2 will always have a special place in my heart. Love it. Great remaster so far, and by that I mean they did not touch too much.

First off i bought and beat this along with the original on 360.

I thought the purpose of releasing the games on steam was in order to circumvent the use of EA's craptastic client. It does not....

I have also owned it on origin for quite some time. i never played it, forgot about it. Don't like origin. So i bought it on steam. I installed it on steam and tried to start it. It opened origin and stated "it is not installed" i tried installing on origin by overwriting the steam folder. Again states the game is not installed.

Another issue is that it removes the origin copy on their client adn replaces with the steam version. It does not do that with other games like inquisition, mass effect, or other titles on both platforms. So now even if i wanted to launch the game on origin i would have to open steam aswell.. Great JOB!

EA! if you want turn a new leaf; ditch origin and allow the community to relocate their origin libraries to steam. Work something out. You think people are going to pay for EA access on steam only to have to launch your client as well!?

It just seems that every time i give EA a chance when i think they will do something good they take a massive ♥♥♥♥ in my PC.

Edit: 06June2020: Game runs fine now after launching with the origin client. It still removed my original origin copy and replaced with the steam version. If you are not willing to move my origin library to steam then don't remove things i have purchased on your store.

It's funny because I never gave Gwent a chance in Witcher 3 but I’m loving Thronebreaker. Some of the puzzles are lackluster but overall its an amazing experience. The story is worth it alone. The voice acting is great. The sound is great. Only issues are some of the puzzles and resource management system. If you explore every location, you will always have enough resources. At least that’s what it seems like to me. I’m playing on the medium difficulty.

As far as the price goes. I know people have gotten this game cheaper. CDPR stated that they never intended that game to be that cheap and as far as I’m concerned, its well worth the full price and I felt like I got my moneys worth already.

7.5/10. …Thronebreaker should be given extra cred ontop of that because developers like CDPR have consumer friendly practices. No day 1 DLC, no micro transactions, and are overall staying out of politics.

I’m really contemplating on returning to Witcher 3 and getting all the GWENT achievements now.
