People admit to throwing in ranked and actually do it? No punishment.
You tell them to stfu and stop crying/♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥? Reported/punished.
This games moderation is a joke. The community is awful and caustic. We all miss Overwatch 1 in every single way. Don't support this game. I see exactly why people give OW2 / Blizzard so much ♥♥♥♥ now. I get it. I 100% understand. The reviews are justified.
