Team Fortress 2 (TF2) is a fun multiplayer first-person-shooter game.

The graphics are both simplistic and beautiful for its time and strangely enough do not have a huge impact on frames per second. Almost any computer can run this game. The soundtrack for TF2 is incredible, I find myself listening to the various songs on repeat. The in-game sounds are appropriately crafted and distinguishable to the point where the player has a great understanding of the battlefield around them. Each character, weapon and map has unique sounds. I personally enjoy having hit sounds on, as they provide a useful learning experience and help build muscle memory. The controls are so simple to grasp, even my father (born in 1964) could understand them! The gameplay is incredibly fun. There are so many ways to play, and the community maps provide an even greater abundance of this. I believe every player will find their unique playstyle. The TF2 universe has a great background history to the characters through short videos, comics and more. The game length and various achievements allow for a virtually endless and entertaining experience. I believe TF2 is truly one of a kind type of game.

The small complaint I must say about it, is the very high learning curve. I have over 2000 hours on the game, and I still feel like I am not even close to being a professional.

I personally really enjoyed and will continue to enjoy playing this game. It is one I see myself coming back to over and over.

9/10

Edit: Valve has finally done something about the bot crisis.
