Idk, I've had a few of these for CSGO and TF2 and never bothered to open them.

Oblivion is and will probably be one of the most well thought out and immersive rpg's to date. This game is what I consider a right of passage, because when you play the base game and base dlc's you get your first experience and taste of what is to offer, seeing all the easter eggs, learning the lore, going more in depth with existing characters. Then when you mod it, it's like after eating a whole pizza and then there's still another whole one left for you to eat. This review is extremely biased I can assure you, but I guarantee you if you enjoy rpg's and being immersed then this game is a winner for you.

Now with every Bethesda game you can be absolutely sure there will be bugs, and oh boy there are millions of different bugs. Some aren't game breaking, make you shout "What the heck just happened." and then laugh hysterically. Others aren't as forgiving and it infuriates you to the core. But with an avid fan base who constantly try to fix, break, redesign, and even just plain destroy the game I can assure you there is a fix for them.

And like I said this game is still holding strong with it's fan base. You bring up Oblivion in a group of nerds and gamers and I guarantee you 9/10 will talk your ear off about the game.

All in all I give this game a 92/100, it's frustrating when it doesn't work (Especially when you redownload it and have to go through hell and back just to play it.), but the game itself is worth the hassle.

Cons:
The combat system is old and clunky, no duel wielding like in Skyrim, and magic is cast differently as well. But it has some hidden tricks, like a shield bash and paralyzing strike.

The voice acting is near identical with every character and certain lines aren't cleaned or fixed and break your immersion. This however is only a minor thing as it only happens with a small number of npcs and it helps to identify what race most characters are as each race is specifically voiced.

The glitches are rough as sometimes they can either be fun and charming or break your game and ruin your entire playthrough. This is with any game though and should be taken with a grain of salt, especially when the game is easily modded to fix said bugs.
