I've been really enjoying the game so far, but I have some small issues with it.
1. Why do all the weapons in the full game do so little damage? My weapon from the demo has B+ STR scaling, and B proficiency scaling, whereas every other sword so far has had B STR and C proficiency. Even though the swords I've been finding have much higher base damage they still do less than my level 11 one because the scaling is so much lower on them.
2. The game divides up areas into missions with multiple bonfire equivalents in each, with most of the ones I've encountered so far being of similar size or larger than High Wall of Lothric from DS3. However, when you travel from one mission to another you lose certain pieces of progression in it. I have no issues with either of these aspects, but my issue is that it seems inconsistent what isn't saved when you transfer between missions. While you can go to nearly all of the bonfires (or swords/blades, whatever they are) in any mission that you've unlocked, it will reset things you've done within the mission. For example, in some missions I've kept the shortcuts that I unlocked in the areas that I traveled back to. However, in other missions, mainly Skoffa Cave, it has reset all of my progress besides the bonfires. None of the shortcuts I had unlocked were available, making backtracking for collectibles annoying, but more annoyingly, it saved that I had blown up the first 2 caves that you could blow up to make the boss fight easier. However, it didn't actually block them off when fighting the boss, since I traveled to another mission before fighting the boss, it only blocked the 3rd cave which I had done right before fighting the boss. Maybe you can only actually block one cave, I don't know, and it's not that big of a deal, just a minor issue that I've noticed.

Other than this I have been really enjoying the game so far, and as of right now I'd put it as one of the best souls likes out. Not Lies of P level so far, but really enjoyable.
