overall big recommend, constant updates, constant flow of good content, crossovers, gamemodes, skins, and the like.

in all of my years playing i havent seen a single hacker so pretty solid security there.
playerbase tends to be toxic more often than not so as long as you avoid reading chat whenever someone randomly invites you post-match on the other team you should be fine on that regard.

in summary, very little flaws, most of which aren't even the games fault and more of the community's, gameplay that can be both fun and challenging (or either-or), crossplay on all relevant platforms, and pretty receptive, dedicated developers. generally a great party game to play with friends on the couch or across the globe, OR an intense 2d platform fighter to sweat your chops off on, doesnt matter. 9.5/10 game; i drag all of my friends into the gates of Valhalla when i get the chance to.
