Normally when I pick up an older title it doesnt hold up to my standards for gameplay mechanics. However, this game absolutely has thus far. Challenging but fair puzzles, great gun mechanics, and a downright horrifying atmosphere. The best thing of all about this game is that when the horror comes at you, you can actually shoot it in the face! A brilliant start to a series.
