The best game in the series, doesn't have the refined shooting mechainics of 4 but is a major improvement of 3 has some of the best writing and envoriment aside from 2. factions and quests are fun, diverse and not just based on a scale of good and evil but on a series of loyalty towards said factions that allow you to follow them based on what you believe in regardless of karma (a good guy can join the legion on the basis that the legion brings strong order and an evil character can demand independence on the basis that they want anarchy to dominate the mojave). very roleplaying and mod friendly and countless of replay opperuinties. This is one of my favorite games of all time regardless of how many times it crashes on me.
