This game is fantastic in every way. Amazing to play with friends, even dying is fun.

But Arrowhead have shown they care more about the players than their bottom line and that's what gets my upvote. Actively siding with their playerbase against Sony's mental decision to force a PSN account requirement (thereby cutting off a large portion of players who have been playing the game since launch due to region restrictions).
Arrowhead even went as far as telling the community to leave a negative review if this is a problem, inviting and encouraging the bombing of their review score, just so their publisher understands where this will leave their game, playerbase and revenue stream if they move forward.

And it worked.

A rare win in the gaming landscape, twice so as not only did we get a win against big corpo, Arrowhead have also made a fantastic, entertaining game.

EAC is going to harm the player base more than it will help the player base.

EAC stops your average casual hacker, but won't stop anyone dedicated to causing problems in a game.
That given, a large number of mods and third party programs players use to enhance their experience within VRC. These programs and mods will no longer be available to use, leaving a not-insignificant number of players unable to play the game without discomfort or difficulty.

EAC also has a record of performance drops, being generally unreliable and having ineffective implementation.

VRChat continues to alienate their most dedicated and passionate users. Instead of listening to their community and taking in the changes, modifications and additions their userbase makes, they choose instead to shut down content creators and offer no official replacement within their game.

I would recommend NeosVR, ChilloutVR, or a different VR hangout alternative that's more player focused, user and content creator friendly.

Until the devs return to being player focused and listening to their community, I will not recommend this game.

This game has awesome gameplay and is a great concept to see done well in terms of mechanics.

However, there's a handful of things that completely kill the experience and invalidate basically any reason to get or play this game.
- No dedicated servers
- Horrible Netcode
- Horrible Lag Compensation (Eats inputs, no buffering of any kind)
- Only two game modes outside of story (First to 3 kills, Destroy Enemy Core)

Waste of money and time.
