Update (11/5/24):
After a VERY long break from the game, trying out some other games while this one was oven roasted. I've noticed the upsurge of players and popularity. Sure enough, the game isn't nerf wagoning.
This is huge, and a very big step forward to the game's success.

To make this short, I will address the elephant.
Game Guard and PSN

I do not need to explain any more than I have.
Many others have also explained why GG is horrendous.

Until GameGuard is removed, I can't honestly recommend the game.
It does more harm to you than prevent the harm cheaters do.

And this is not an encouragement to get something worse like Easy Anti-Cheat.
Remove Game Guard, dedicate more effort into the manual report system.

PSN however is an entire different issue. Not much needed to be said.
