Very standard bethesda experience but it runs like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ GARBAGE at the moment.

The battlefield. experience you've been missing since 4 but better. Unfortunately like battlefield it has questionable weapon balancing at times. Smgs and pdws especially put you at a massive advantage even with the damage falloff. It's not a deal breaker but you are going to see your cause of death as the vector or the p90 maybe 60% of the time.

EAC is a complete joke of an anticheat and isn't going to stop avatar ripping or crasher avatars because they have nothing to do with modded clients and can be done completely vanilla due to the game and sdk being made in unity. They've essentially just removed a large suite of wholesome open source QOL and disability accessibility mods with absolutely nothing to show for it other than the promise that they'll MAYBE implement some of these features a couple years from now and will likely lock them behind vrc+ knowing them. Even if you don't use mods this affects you too seeing as you will still have the exact same issues you do now only you'll lose the freedom to be fix the issue yourself by installing an anticrash mod since the devs themselves don't want to put in the work to fix exploits or implement serverside checks to not allow a client to do things like load a malicious shader that crashes people, or at the very least have a sdk verification so that people can't bypass polygon limits or pass malicious assets through. This is just a thinly veiled attempt at stopping people from using mods to get the same features as vrc+ such as having unlimited avatar favorites, that is literally the only thing having EAC would acomplish.

Scratches the boomer shooter itch real good, combat is really fast, the hook on the shotgun has basically no cooldown and you can just huck the ♥♥♥♥ out of yourself into the sky and rain fury from above. It has that really nice ultrakill slide that you can use as an insanely easy bhop. All the guns feel ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ great and are really interesting aesthetically. Absolutely worth the buy.
