Gameplay loop is fun however the character balancing is all over the place, I wish they made a gamemode without heroes.

Too short. This game has some pretty awesome fast-paced FPS gameplay which involves you to use both guns and melee attacks although I found the movement and enemy AI to be pretty buggy at times. The visuals are honestly amazing, and the story is chaotic with not much being explained to you, even by the time you finish the campaign (although I think this was the developers' intended effect due to the game's short run time). If you're okay with paying for a 2 hour-long campaign (although there are achievements, unlockable cosmetics, and elevated difficulty levels for replay value) then I would say go ahead and play this game, however after finishing the story I can honestly say the game feels more like a demo than an actual full-fledged release.

I now see why this is one of the GOAT's. 10/10.

If Adult Swim made a boomer shooter. Based.

This game is fantastic. Moral of the story: Don't brainrot with Instagram reels too much or else the Hat Man will take over the world. My biggest gripe with this game was the movement which I found to be super wonky and pretty frustrating at times. I think the developers could also improve the 2D/3D-hybrid platforming in the next game, it added to the chunkiness and frustration combined with the controls. Also, ♥♥♥♥ that last elevator puzzle with the TV's.

Space Marine 2, at its core, is a fun third person shooter/slasher with extremely satisfying combat mechanics. This was my introduction to the Warhammer franchise and I must say that the Ultra Marines are very based in every way. I found the game to drag towards the end, especially with the last mission which took way longer than it probably should have, but I'm glad I stuck it out and finished the main story. Admittedly, I had pretty much no idea what was going on with most of the story elements, but I still had fun and would recommend this game if anything I said has interested you in the slightest.

Yes there are quite obviously issues with optimization, AI, enemy spawning, etc. Yes, the game should've been released as early access first. However, the game at its core is good and is a good addition to the Stalker series. The biggest issue I've been experienced, by far, is crashing (it wouldn't as much of an annoyance if the game didn't take a minimum of five minutes to launch every time).

I've been meaning to play this game for years, I finally got around to it. I absolutely love the atmosphere of this game, and the puzzles (for the most part) are pretty straight forward, even for puzzle game noobs such as myself. Towards the end of the game I definitely had to refer to a walkthrough, but I was able to solve most of the puzzles on my own for the most part. I highly recommend this game as well as INSIDE as its made by the same developers and I believe it is a sequel.
