“Remember you must die, so remember to live”… A phrase I live by. Life is to short to be angry and sad all the time, but I understand more than most about depression. I’m not here to be cliché or give the cure, I’ve done medicine, therapy, etc. I don’t believe that outside help is what “cures” depression, but something within. Find something that makes you happy! Create art! Create music! Constantly dance and laugh! Life is tough, it hurts and it can break you, but it is through these lessons we become better. Create something you are proud of, because, “The goal isn’t to live forever, it’s to create something that will.” Love what you do, do what makes you happy, and push to be better than you were the day before! Don’t give an F about what people think, YOU do YOU, their opinion does not matter. Be sad, cry, complain, but get up and work for what you want. IT WILL GET BETTER, I promise you, keep pushing and keep living. Express your pain until there is no pain, do not give up! Stop listening to sad music and find something to live for! Art, music, cooking, professional cleaning, working out, we all deserve to be happy, so find your niche! You have original ideas and the world needs to see them, stop comparing your self to others and just create something! If you can make just one person’s life better you’re already on the right track.


I don’t know if anyone needed to read that, but I can’t sit idle knowing there’s sadness in one’s heart, there is no need. Time heals and you will be ok, I promise. Keep moving forward, day by day, hour by hour. Laugh, please laugh, life is beautiful you just have to find what makes you happy and that may take some time, but you will figure it out.
