Ingrediente
400 g branza de vaci grasa si bine scursa de zer
300 g faina
½ plic praf de copt (1 lingurita rasa)
2 oua
un praf de sare
1 plic zahar vanilat
coaja rasa de la o lamaie
In plus:
cca. 500 ml ulei pentru prajit
Pentru servit:
smantana fermentata (acrisoara)
dulceata la alegere
zahar pudra vanilat
Mi-am cantarit toate ingredientele si le-am pus la indemana. Intr-un castron incapator am pus mai intai branza de vaci. Am adaugat ouale intregi, sarea, vanilia si coaja rasa de lamaie si am omogenizat totul cu un mixer de mana. Amestecul trebuie sa fie cremos si fara cocoloase. Nu pun deloc zahar in compozitie deoarece acesta o inmoaie si poate duce la imprastierea papanasilor in tigaie.Deasupra am cernut faina si am adaugat si lingurita rasa de praf de copt.
Am omogenizat totul cu mana, fara sa sa framant mult, obtinand un aluat moale, usor lipicios. NU trebuie framantat pentru ca se intareste! (faina dezvolta
