Very little to it outside the initial rush. Other clicker games at least pretend to keep you engaged; this just advertises the real money purchases.

Obviously, not all games are for everyone. It's why "Massively Multiplayer" and "FPS" are on my list of banned tags. But if you like a good simulator, give Project Hospital a try. It dials back on the silly factor of Two Point Hospital (or Theme Hospital for us oldies), but dials up the realism. If you so choose, you can get right into the diagnostic process without the mess of needing to go to medical school for 6 years. Or, you can trust in your staff's abilities, and control from on high, like an all-powerful manager-god. Ultimately, the choice is yours, but if you like shows like House M.D., or such related medical dramas, I'd consider looking into it. You could do worse; Garfield Kart is usually on sale.

Just not a lot to it. Maybe if I either used Facebook, or watched Star Trek, I'd be more interested. I can only imagine the serene joy I could feel if I had prior experience with BOTH, but sadly, it is not to be.

Simultaneously more difficult, and easier than Slay The Spire. The aesthetics provide an interesting backdrop to the mechanics, and seeing combinations pay off is very rewarding.
