Pretty fun with some friends, however, playing with randos is equally as fun, the player base is actually really neat, you are missing out if you aren't getting this game on the idea that you don't have friends to play it with, just give it a spin on random lobbies, there are still new updates and events every now and then so always a good time to give it a spin

Oh yeah, it has many dlcs, but the base characters are strong already, with a difference between stats and (unique) hyper, so its not like you need every dlc, and they are cheap anyways, if ANYTHING, you should only get a dlc because you like the characters, or the mechanics seem fun, other than that, its pretty RNG based... but its a party game, if you lose? WHO CARES, just try again, you aren't guaranteed to lose everytime or win everytime, you may even be a on huge roll of wins and then huge roll of loses, as long as you understand to accept losing (maybe a lot sometimes, pain is power) this is a game worthy of your time for sure, so yeah, pretty good game to play whenever you feel up for it, rather than religiously or something
