This game is nothing more than another ♥♥♥♥♥♥ cashgrab from Litmus (the people who did the mobile sequels and absolute fear). There are multiple translation errors and random letters thrown into sentences <- a sign of the lack of effort put into this game. The random chases happen every 3 minutes and make you wonder if the devs even tested it, not only is it annoying it takes away any and all fear factor you would have playing this game. Last is the story similarly to the mobile sequels this game retcons the first game as it never happened and bring back all the characters (even the guy at the end who dies). The only good things I can say is the appearance of Ai from Ao Oni 2024 was really cool, the mechanic of having to move things with two characters was also really cool. overall I say save your money and play the original Ao Oni by noprops, but if you really want to support Litmus and their cashgrabs I would say purchase the Ao Oni 2024 remake.
