A city simulator filled with DLC's.

I am a vivid Simcity 5 fan, and when everyone raved about how "city skylines" was way better than Simcity 5. I had to check it out! Guess what? It isn't that much better and it has the major flaw repeated in that infamous game SimCity 5 that being DLCs, It could've been so much better!!!! but damn it!

I found it boring and a bit irritating, I cannot recommend this to someone else.
