The game that keeps on giving. Easily deserving of 'Game of the Year', every time I think "If only I could do this very obscure joke move.." I'm instantly shown that yes, yes I can do exactly that.

Want to busk a ton of gold to get a new weapon? Done.
Want to shoot an arrow that bounces an enemy into a grease puddle and then trips them on repeat? Easy.
Want to throw a goblin child at another goblin, knocking both of them into a bear? Be my guest.

10000% Recommend.
Buy the game for your mum, ye dad, ya nan, even yer dog; You wont regret a penny spent.

Yu-Gi-Oh gud.

Pros:
- A huge selection of cards are available in game. (though keep in mind this is on the OCG rules so the rules may vary from what you are used to e.g. some cards may be forbidden that aren't in the TCG)
- Comfy duels with a pretty neat solo mode that has backstory on various card archetypes.
- Arguably very responsive online play, most duels feel very fluid.
- Not entirely P2W, you are able to make at least ONE deck you have your eye on for free.
- Very easy to navigate.

Cons :
- The game doesn't feel finished quite yet (There's a lack of a casual duel mode which forces everyone into ranked in order to play online.. meaning your deck is probably going to get cooked unless you are running meta)
- The online duel timer is an ungodly 8 minutes long for your turn, allowing players to play FTK (first turn kill) decks like turn 1 exodia.
- The Solo mode has incredibly frustrating pre-made decks that are called "Loaner" decks, these decks are practically scientifically crafted to be the worst abomination of cards possible while staying in the archetype.. and you play those decks against a completely structured deck that a computer uses against you.. leading to frustrating rng duels.
- The early gems that you get (the currency you use to roll for card packs) falls off like crazy after the first week of playing, leaving a ton of decks to be desired and causing you to be very tempted to swipe and spend money.

Overall I'd say the game is very much worth playing if you are a fan of Yu-Gi-Oh or are just interested in goofing around in a card game.
Let's hope Konami will improve it over time.

A good friend of mine bought this for me as a gift randomly after asking if I've played it; They just said "Here, play it."

I love this game, and I'll happily passing the game along as a gift.

Buy it. Go in blind. Enjoy.

Still easily one of the most relaxing games out there.

I always end up replaying it once or so a year and with all the fan mods (Such as Calamity) it has never ending content.
