Armored core is a franchise that is deep in my heart and the revival of the series is amazing.
Fires of Rubicon is a great game, it takes different aspects from the older games of the series and combines them with the stagger mechanic from sekiro. I really wished it was more like For Answer with fast ACss, primal armor, a massive arsenal and the massive armored fortress bosses, and it needs more of the classic AC music at least for PvP like Scorher, Cosmos, Thinker, Silent Line, etc.
Fires of Rubicon is a fun game and that's what expect from an Armored Core game. It also feels like they took alot of inspiration from Ace Combat with the Radio Chatter and <<Buddy>>.
PvP is more fun that i expected, it needs more balancing since the shotgun builds and rocket spam builds dominate, really need a nerf of damage or at least stagger.
This game is a 9/10, my only issue is the balancing and the music not being so memorable.
