As someone who genuinely enjoyed the first one, I could not get through the first part of the game. Not because it was hard. But because the companion character the game starts you with is unbearable to be around and such a blank slate that I genuinely just don't care about. The first game did a better job of this where it just drops you in the game (from what I remember). I just really didn't enjoy or care for the character and story component from the beginning of the game. Expected more from this game honestly

Remote play does not work super well unless both parties have a stable internet connection.

This game seems really good! But I cannot recommend it on Steam as an online experience with Remote Play being an advertised feature.

I only cannot recommend the game as I have not played it extensively. I will likely refund and buy on a console like the Switch and play locally, and update my review accordingly, from the perspective of this game being a local multiplayer experience. Remote Play can work, but as stated strong internet connections are needed.

best game ever i can type die die die die die to my enemies.

Used to play RS3 A TON back in the day, then my old acc got hacked so I quit and started playing OSRS. Logged in today cause Steam/Twitch Prime Umbral Chests just to check it out, and got 200M given to me for free. Good game LOL!

In reality though, RS3 is a decent game. Not everyone's cup of tea and alot of people prefer OSRS, but I enjoyed it when I did actually play it.
