I reviewed this game two years ago when it was still fairly new and lacking a lot of content. Now, two years later I can finally say I reccomend this game highly. PAYDAY 2 is a 4 player multiplayer co-op First Person Shooter which puts you in the shoes of a career criminal doing everything from robbing convieniance stores and banks to breaking your old crew member out of jail and killing his traitor and more!

This game is not the prettiest looking game out there, but it is rich with content and is very light on your system, especially with the "Lower Shadow Map" mod made by fans of the game, with this I can run at 30 FPS on a low end laptop from wal mart with a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Intel HD Graphics Chip. So most PCs should be able to play this. And once you do, you are in for a wild ride.

The base game sports TONS of hiests with a handful of Heists available as DLC. Each heist is unique in it's own way and they run the gambit from being short, quick runs to long treks through tons of bullets, cops and explosions.

This game is co-op but can be played single-player. Honestly, if you want the best experience, get 3 friends together and go heisting! But online is really the only way to get a solid experience in this game.

This game is not without it's flaws however, there are glitches and bugs that appear after every update, but in my experience it's never really broken (But this is something you have to see and deal with on a patch-by-patch basis)

Is PAYDAY 2 worht your money? Yes, yes it is. with the abundance of unique heists and great co-op experience mixed with varied gameplay makes this game more than worth playing especially if you have friends to play it with. I have nearly 500 hours in this game to show just how addictive this game can be.

I bought Just Cause 2 just to get this mod. And honestly it is more than worth it. Just Cause 2 Multiplayer is incredibly addicting. I started it up and before I knew it two hours had passed. If you find a server with some people, it becomes very social very quickly. You will always have people to talk to and shoot the breeze with while you run around, get killed and blow ♥♥♥♥ up. I found myself running around the island, flying around in helicopters and flying jets making up my own stories in my head as I did so. It's very engaging.

If you buy Just Cause 2 for any reason, buy it for this mod.

If you are used to more modern MMORPGS then this game is NOT for you. This game is old-school as hell and it shows. The UI is so clunky and unintuitive, you pretty much need a 3 day seminar just to learn how to use it alone. Then accepting and turning in quests is ridiculous with you having to type phrases into a secondary chatbox in order to advance dialogue with NPCs and the combat is also clunky with you having to target an enemy and basically go into combat mode to start fighting things. It's really, really hard to learn and even harder to master.

If you like the hardcore, oldschool style RPGs or MMORPGs of that time then this should be fine for you, if you have a ton of patience and free time to sit down and learn the clunky UI and dodgy combat controls then you'll probably enjoy it. But this is not a good first MMORPG or even a good MMORPG for anyone who has spent a lot of time playing WoW, Guild Wars 2, Final Fantasy XIV or any other modern MMORPG.

The only MMORPG I know of where you can play as a naked woman roaming a jungle and mercilessly killing everyone you see.

Let me start of by saying I've played many military shooters, very few impress me anymore. In a sea of wannabe CoDs and Battlefields, very few shooters try and be different. Well Insurgency does just that. It dares to be different. This military shooter encourages teamwork, communication and tactics. You NEED to communicate and think if you want to survive.

Insurgency is going for a more realistic approach. THe HUD does not tell you anything other than how many mags you have left and what firing mode your weapon is set to. You can't see your health or ammo in your clip. Also, there are limited respawns, your teamhas to earn more respawns. Which makes your life precious, it makes you WANT to survive, it makes you think and carefully plan your approach instead of just running and gunning CoD style.

I love this aspect of the game, making you think and feel like you're on a military operation. Making you communicate with your team and actually use tactics. It adds a sense of realism you don't get with any other shooter out there (Except maybe ArmA III) So if you want an FPS that makes you think but isn't as large-scale or complex as ArmA then Insurgency is your game.

More good news, this game is not very system intensive. I have a horrible laptop and I can run this game just fine. Though some maps seem to cause more lag than others.

One of the only other cons I can think of is that you have to run this game on a high resolution otherwise the menus are unusable because half the buttons get cut off if you run this game in less than 1366x768 resolution which may be annoying for people with lower-end PCs.

Overall, Insurgency is high on my list of recommended games, it's well worth $15 (Or less if you find it on sale) especially if you love shooters and you're sick of CoD/BF and want something different that makes you think and feel more like you're in the military.

Hacker Evolution markets itself as a "Hacking Simulator" and boy is that spot on.

This game not only makes you think and feel like a hacker, it really challenges your mind to solve the problems that you have to solve.

You MUST think like a hacker in order to beat this game, and it really challenges your mind as I said before because it can be pretty hard to solve the game's puzzles.

The game gives you a few commands and resources and the rest is up to you. You'll probably fail multiple times trying to solve a puzzle, but every time you retry you'll get just a bit further than you did before, and that to me is the most rewarding form of gameplay, slowly figuring the game out and finally beating it.

If you ever wanted to feel like a movie-style hacker or just enjoy a good mind challege, Hacker Evolution is perfect for you!

For such a simple game this game really is amazing, addictive and fun. But be forewarned. IT IS A HARD GAME. But it's stil addicting and fun.

This game is basically everything Counter-Strike should have been. I'd recommend you play this over Counter-Strike honestly.

This game is simply amazing! The graphics are nice, the gameplay is great and the controls are FLAWLESSLY optimized for keyboard and mouse so you don't need a controller/joystick to play. Plus this game is FREE so if you like flight combat sims or are just loking for something new to play, I recommend you play this game!
