The Good:
Quick runs, minimal grinding, no fluff
Lots of cool items/abilities
Easy to do alright, Hard to do well
I've played many traditional roguelikes, and was thinking this game was fairly easy. Then I found the key and started getting my ass kicked.

The Bad:
Limited content: relatively few areas with area patterns that become familiar fairly quickly
Awkwardly required camera controls: Overhead camera does not see all of the revealed area. Either play in isometric or swap between the two. No zoom function.
Some mutations are more annoying than anything (lots of things in the format of: 1% of turns: do bad thing)

The Verdict:
8/10: This game grew on me, finding the key behind the cabin, even if I haven't managed to bring it back changed my opinion on the game heavily.

In the 'one-direction roguelike' sub-genre, Deadland 4000 is very comparable to One Way Heroics, and the only thing holding me back from recommending Deadland over OWH is OWH's stupidly low price tag ($1 for the base game, $2 for the DLC).

Lots of fast-paced skill-shot based action. Best free to play FPS that isn't Team Fortress 2.
