The dev's need to pass this game onto a studio who can actually program/write code and will actually care about the game they are making. Gayjin is a useless company with predatory business practices and refuse to balance the game because doing this would show that Russian tanks, like the devs, are completely useless sacks of ♥♥♥♥ who need to be phased out of service.
