Early Access Review
Great Follow-Up to Initial Unity.
For those who played the prequel. As they have used assets from other creators in the previous free game, they have to create all the assets themselves for this commercialized game. As a result, not all maps and vehicles are available.
The great upside is that the already great vehicle palette has vast customization options. Bodykits, car modding, car paint (with advanced options to create complex vehicle skins), but no car tuning. All the car changes are only asthetically.
My biggest critics are:
Touge Shakai is missing many important maps as for instance Mount Akina.
The UI is some parts feels outdated and clunky, for instance scrolling through vehicle happens in pages of 6 parts with a loading screen between each page.
You can't see the driven time in the replay, which greatly hinders the general purpose of the replay viewer.
The game needs serious optimization. Especially in multiplayer when there are more than 5 players active framerates can drop to lower than half.
Many maps look very unpolished and in some instances very unpleasíng.

In conclusion. A great game in development with great gameplay. But in serious need for work in the performance department. Also as of now many features are lacking and missing. Though the games gets significant updates being published every few months.

Thanks for reading.
