It's Dark Souls IV: Go Big Mode. If you've played and enjoyed previous iterations of the Souls series, it's going to be a wonderful sink into a very well developed open-world adventure. The open-world concept is both a pro and a con. It's great since you'll have a TON to explore, and if you hit any roadblocks and need a change of pace there are plenty of alternative paths and quests to undertake. On the flipside, the game is SO FRIGGIN BIG you'll spend a lot of time wondering where to go and if what you're doing is pertinent to the main story. Now for me that's not really a bad thing, seeing as I have the attention span of a small bird. But I could see that being an issue for some players.

For those who were told this was easier than Dark Souls, it is indeed easier, but not by much. The game is a lot more accessible, with multiplayer not requiring precious resources and dashing not consuming stamina etc.
The combat is still akin to previous titles, so be ready to die. A lot.

Overall, I have about 10 hours in so far and not too much accomplished. The game and world itself is beautiful and the gameplay is coming back to me (I haven't played since DS3). Now that I have Witch Queen done, I'll be able to put more time into this game.

9/10 so far. Heavily recommended for those who were fans, and caution to those who are easily frustrated and want a casual experience.
