I think the biggest drawback of this game is that it looks like a Slay the Spire clone. It just can not match to STS and, because it looks just like it, people don't give it a better chance.

If you look at it from another perspective, that of it's being similar to Dicey Dungeons, then, I feel it can shine. It is much more complex than Dicey Dungeons and can be a worthwhile successor to that.

TL;DR I recommend you try to ignore that it looks so much like STS and think of it as more complex Dicey Dungeons.
