The game-play loop feels similar Terraria, but with a better presentation. The game operates in a 2.5D isometric view. It has numerous world bosses, all with unique locations and summoning rituals. I never really got into Terraria due to the 2D view. And minecraft is good for building; but there is nothing worth exploring for once you've experienced all the biomes. This game plays how I would want this genera of game to play. I know that is vague, and hard to interpret. But it feels smooth and worthwhile to navigate. Which I can't say is true for other games in the genera.
