After years of CS 1.6 and still an amazing shooter.
However as soon as the CS 2 hit we are now in a bad spot, a lot of bad changes here are a few of them:

No damage on enemy hit, can't buy all weapons (only loadout), can't shuffle music kits, can't change sound settings as current 3D/spartial sound is quite bad, can't change mouse acceleration to raw.
Deleted all achievements, which took hours and hours of grinding.

micro-stutters everywhere on a Ryzen R9 5900X with a RTX 3080 12GB edition and 32 GB of DDR4 memory when someone trolls nades/molies and etc. (this is also visible in the replays/spectrator mode), also stutters on AWP/Scout when you scope.
