This is a fantastic addition to the indie horror scene, and extremely impressive as a debut project from the single-developer studio Bonemeal Productions.

You play as a castaway, starving to death on a small, deserted island. At night, a restaurant appears to you and offers you life-saving nourishment. You're saved, but are you sure the meals are free? The story goes far beyond this, but it's best not to know too much.
The writing, lore, and cinematic imagination of Bonesaw take center stage and really shine if you play to the good ending. Bonesaw was able to create a captivating experience with limited resources and a very simple graphical style. Characters are surprisingly expressive due to their cleverly animated body language and frequently swapped facial images.

The horror elements are less overt than you might expect, but they are propped upon a terrifying and mysterious concept. This is a game with fascinating lore that isn't always explicitly told to the player. There is enough information present to piece together a coherent picture of this world, though not everything is known to us. Figuring out the rules of Manny's is actually quite fun, and I like seeing people make their own theories.

There are two main endings to Manny's. After the more easily obtainable bad ending, you will be prompted to return to a point in the game where the other ending can be achieved. DO THIS. Half of the gameplay is locked behind starting the path to the good ending. You miss out on the reason why Manny's is highly reviewed if you do not experience the second half of the game.
I recommend using the option to turn off photosensitive content when playing for the ending.
The third ending is for fishing and isn't canon, but I suggest watching it if possible because it's very good.

More importantly, every ball in the ball pit has been in my mouth at least once
