Amo questo gioco, l'edizione Ultimate rende il gioco completo e molto godibile, se il gioco principale con Shantae vi sembrava corto l'avventura dai punti di visti Risky Boots e degli amici di Shantae rendono l'intera storia di Half Genie Hero una storia completa e di significato, ci sono anche modalità arcade extra che contengono diverse opzioni di gameplay.

Putroppo non tutto è oro ciò che luccica. La traduzione italiana attuale al momento della recensione è a dir poco imbarazzante: nel gioco principale non ci sono molti errori, ma nelle altre modalità la traduzione è di bassa qualità e piena di errori, fatta probabilmente con un traduttore automatico e mai controllata da un umano, nei dialoghi a volte gli errori ti fanno perdere l'immersione al gioco e in alcuni casi lo rendono incomprensibile. Se decidete di comprarlo solo perché la lingua italiana è disponibile ricordatevi che potreste venir delusi dalla traduzione (oppure farvi quattro risate per quando non ha completamente senso).
E' un grosso peccato poiché è un grande passo indietro rispetto al prequel The Pirate's Curse dove la traduzione in italiano è impeccabile.

My controller works forCastle Crashers but doesn't work for BattleBlock:Theater too bad, still a great game.

Never releases any DLCs, doubles content every patch.

Controller support doesn't work since today, didn't update anything but os maybe some bug with Windows? Does anyone have a fix?? (22/6/2015)

Game freezes when using voice chat, only in 3.0, it didn't happen in 2.0 so if I want to use the ingame voice chat I'll be using Unturned2, hopefully this bug will be fixed soon!

This game barely gets any updates so the game gets stale and when they get updates they only make the game a worse experience.
