I don't get it. Is this just the base game plus DLC combo'd together? If so, why re-release it together as a separate Steam Store page and not just ... mark the base game and DLC prices down slightly and make a bundle or collection or whatever that includes all of it for $30? Am I missing something?...

I beated the main campaign, and while I had my fun, I didn't care all that much for all the backtracking in a game that's not a metroidvania like the earlier entries of the series. Long short story, i'm trying to play Shantae on english bc the spanish translation is garbage, I've heard that changing your windows language would be enough (which is stupid btw) and welp, done that annnddd no changes at all, I tried to reinstall the game but nothing yet, is there a way of restarting the game? if it's the case, would I lost all my progress? hope to have an answer for that tho...
