I absolutely can't believe that: 1. You still can't fiber wire or slit someones throat while they're sitting down 2. You can't choke someone while on the stairs 3. You can't upgrade the silverballers / duel wield 4. Have a sniper briefcase 5. Can't throw guns 6. Can't take a human shield 7. People still see through closed doors and walls 8. No cool fiber wire animations like in blood money 9. Lack of enemy pistol variations 10. Snipers alert everyone to your exact location even when silenced
