I like this game a lot. There's a CEO mode, freeplay mode and a sandbox mode. It's fun seeing your routes get made and it's not too complex to get the hang of how to play or how to manage. Unlike some airline sims, where every minute detail is planned, the only main things to manage is buying planes, choosing routes, managing profitability, choosing certain planes and upgrading them. If you want a complicated high-level management game, then this game isn't for you. It's more complex than FlyCorp, and the graphics are better.

Though, I think that sometimes in CEO mode, the expectations are way too difficult to achieve. For example, I was operating flights in Middle East, and was asked to service 6 cities in the Philippines as my expectation. I could do that, but I had no way to get planes that could fly from the Philippines to the Middle East, and had no cities unlockable without significant funding between that the planes could stop at, leading to high disapproval. When the next expectation wanted a total number of cities with operating rights, I lost all my operating rights in the Philippines due to disapproval, causing me to fail. It would be better if there was a more clear difficulty setting about expectations.

Early Access Review
At the minute, I don't think it's worth it for the £10.99 I paid.

The first couple of hours were enjoyable, but after hiring a cashier, it's just a restocking simulator. Buy items, place items on shelf, wait for them to sell. Occasionally you are able to upgrade the store. The game is early access, so I appreciate that many of the features that would make it enjoyable are not in the game yet. But for the time being, I'd hold off unless you like the idea of a restocking simulator.

Things that I wish would be added:
- More things to do in the supermarket, such as cleaning the place, changing the look of the store (shelves, floor, outside etc), dealing with shoplifters or variety where people place back items in the wrong place.
- Hiring people to restock items or buy items when the supplies are running low
- Be able to upgrade so you can buy items from a device in your pocket rather than the computer
- Make the cashiers be able to gradually work faster, because they are so much slower than a person
- Use the numberpad on the cash register!

Overall i like the premise of the game, but at the minute it's just not worth it in my opinion.

edit: So, only a few hours after I posted this review, you now have restockers that will restock for you! A big bonus. Many of my points still stand, and I am looking forward to see the development of the game in the future.
