Just finished the shadow side of things and it has some of the most enjoyable level design ive seen in a sonic game, period. Love the open world hub, the mid-stage transitions and the doom powers. 100% recommend

Bad.

The bad:
- Terrible forced difficulty AI.
- Always online.
- No restart button for races.
- Forced performance levels for 90% of races (let me use my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ upgrades!!!)
- Pretty sure cities skylines 2 runs better than this somehow.
- Graphics are awful just to get a somewhat acceptable framerate.
- Half the gas statipns/dealerships/meetup points/perf shops i discover keep UNDISCOVERING themselves every time i relaunch the game.
- Handling is a little to realistic (just personal preference on this one)

The good:
- Fantastic map
- Great immersion
- Amazing sense of speed
- Fun offroad handling
