Some memories are locked away that only dreams can access. If you can't remember locking them away then there's a key to something you don't remember about yourself, amnesia. Memories can be fiction based on the perception of your reality. If the world you perceive is through bias, delusion, self absorption, tunnel vision, or ignorance, it'll keep you from being able to learn the true nature of reality. Your logic is flawed and using deductive reasoning to form a hypothesis will result in a false conclusion. A lie for yourself to believe caused by years of denial and unwillingness to accept the full truth will be your own amalgamation and these factors will continue to drive your delusion deeper. Sever the loop, apply observation and knowledge with introspective & extrospective thinking to learn the truth beyond bias. Just because you don't understand something doesn't immediately make it wrong. Having that kind of flawed logic is like saying; "if I don't understand the laws of physics then gravity doesn't exist". If you live your life recklessly by the seat of your pants blindly running towards a cliff that you can't see the edge of then you're playing a stupid game and winning an even more idiotic prize. The consequences of your self imposed misery, and perceived misfortune can be avoided. Taking the time to observe your environment and making intelligent decisions will result in less suffering.
