Absolutely incredible! The gameplay, visuals, musical suite are all fantastic. I've dabbled in all the things on offer whilst I work through the campaign and can say as someone who is a Nid player, this portrays them true-to-thought! You don't even need to know anything about 40K at all to play this, this is for people who like action games. If you do know 40K stuff, then it's even more of a treat!

My two criticisms so far relate to the customisation, which I hope will be remedied in the future, we need Traitor customisation in the multiplayer! We're missing some of the traitor legions too........I also hope we'll get more colour and decal options eventually!

A great game, best with friends but man everything feels polished which is refreshing for these days.

Gives off the starship trooper vibe completely, really enjoyed the campaign and the extra scenarios they released were super fun. The release of the scenario editor has given the game even more life as people are making their own missions to share with others, which are super fun. My only gripe, referring to the scenario editor, is I'd love more biomes to play in!

Can't recommend this anymore when the developers are banning all mods via EAC before you know....implementing the QoL features people use them for. This ain't gonna stop the malicious users regardless.

I've been a fan since the *cough* fan patch of the first game came out, so I'm a tad biased because of the nostalgia to come back to this series finally.

While the writing isn't the most perfect compared to other high-tier VNs, the story content itself certainly makes up for the weaker written points. The art style is very very nice too, and refreshing compared to your stereotypical styles! The backgrounds are lovely, fitting perfectly, and the music itself is well orchestrated, not too intrusive to disrupt the flow but definitely noticeable and tends to be thematically appropriate to the scenes.

Not sure what else to put, if you enjoy slow-paced feudal-period stories, with a dose of mystery, war, and comedic moments then it's totally for you.

One downside I noticed, but I think it stands out mostly in the sequel, is that alcohol is vastly overused (even if it was used copiously in the feudal times?) as a story point.

Also, Kuon best girl, I love her interactions with Haku.

Idiots keep review-bombing the game based on their opinion of Last Lights sequel Metro Exodus being moved to the Epic Store. I know this shows I only have an hour or so game-time but I got it solely to support the studio as I first played the game on Xbox originally.

Last Light itself is a wonderful game, a well-received sequel to Metro 2033.

It's.....wow. As everyone else says go in blind, or you won't UNDERSTAND.

∞/10 I fell for MoNikA out of all thos egirls.
